Sheryl Sandberg’s new documentary, “Screams Before Silence,” exposes the brutal sexual violence perpetrated by Hamas against Israelis on October 7. Produced in collaboration with Israel’s Kastina Productions, the film features testimonies from survivors, rescuers, and legal and medical experts, revealing the scale and systematic nature of the attacks. The documentary challenges a UN report that did not attribute responsibility for the sexual crimes to Hamas. “Screams Before Silence” seeks to raise awareness about these heinous crimes and has been widely shared to give voice to the victims.

“Screams Before Silence” relates to the campaign conducted by Hadassah International in March titled “EndTheSilence,” which aimed to collect signatures urging the United Nations to condemn the crimes committed by Hamas terrorists against women on October 7th.
