You agree to indemnify and hold Hadassah International, Ltd., Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc., Hadassah Medical Relief Association, Inc., The Hadassah Foundation, Inc. and each of their respective affiliates, related entities, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, members, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and licensees (hereinafter “The Hadassah Entities”) harmless from any and all claims arising out of or relating to any Content you post, transmit, or share on or through the Website, your conduct in connection with the Website or any breach of any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. 9. GOVERNING LAW

Hadassah International, Ltd., owner of this Website, has its mailing office located in the City of New York, in the State of New York. Accordingly, the contract reflected in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been made and performed in New York. It shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. You hereby agree that any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of this Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of resolving any such dispute. You agree not to engage in any transactions or commercial activities with Hadassah International that are prohibited under regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control of the Department of the Treasury or under any statute, executive order (including, but not limited to the September 23, 2001, Executive Order 13224 Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism) or other governmental action, as same may be amended or modified at any time and from time to time.
