Players from the renowned football club brought warmth to children’s wards and uplifted wounded soldiers during their hospital visit. Coach Yossi Abukasis, Captain Ofir Kriaf, and the team shared a heartfelt moment, lighting candles with 7-year-old Nadav in the pediatric surgery department.
Ofir Kriaf expressed, “We’re thrilled to be here every year. Our hope is that we won’t need to return because of your good health, but as long as you need us, we’re here. Wishing a speedy recovery to the children and soldiers who protect us.” Uri Dahan added, “Visiting here puts everything into perspective. These are the true #heroes of our country, from the little ones to the reservists. It’s time to express gratitude to every police officer, fighter, firefighter, and security forces personnel.”
Prof. Itay Shavit, Director of the Children’s Division at Hadassah, who is on a short break from the reserves, came to acknowledge the players while Manu Pickar, Director of Nursing at Hadassah Ein Kerem, extended congratulations on behalf of the hospital’s management.
We also wish to thank the Beitar community for uniting with us to support patients and strengthen the bond between the club and the Hadassah community.
