“In 2003, I was fortunate to have been part of the original team for the Sarah Wetsman Davidson Hospital Tower that traveled to Dallas, Texas, to tour medical facilities; our task was to formulate a plan for Hadassah’s future hospital tower,” says Orly Picker, Deputy Director General of Nursing and Human Resources (pictured here in the fifth floor Nurses’ Control Center). “We set out with a dream,” she reflects, “and now when I walk through the Davidson Tower, it is as if time has been fast forwarded. Suddenly, we see a building that is nearly finished and the reality is even better than our dream.”
