In the Hadassah Medical Center’s Pediatric Hemato-oncology Department, interactive puppeteers perform at the child’s bedside, offering relief to the young patients. As the child is invited to join a “walk” in the forest, or “dive” into an imaginary world, he encounters new, magical creatures and surprises that take him temporarily out of the frightening reality of his hospital experience. Some performances take place under big umbrellas that are opened next to the child’s hospital bed.
