Hadassah Hospital’s medical teams are committed to answering the call of duty wherever it takes them.

When Hadassah Hospital’s Dr. Ran Nir-Paz got a call from Israel’s Ministry of Health asking him to help cruise ship patients with coronavirus, he got his family’s blessings and flew straight to Japan.

Fast forward and he’s back in Jerusalem, still sharing his expertise about fighting COVID-19 — from home, where he’s finishing his two-week quarantine. “My little kid asked me today to go for a walk with him,” he says. “So that’s probably the first thing I’ll do.”

We’re grateful to Dr. Nir-Paz, and to all our doctors who jump into action, responding rapidly to crises around the world.
